Nano Calcium Carbonate for PVC and rubber products 

This Nano Calcium Carbonate product has been designed for use as a reinforcing additive in PVC products.

CCR-2 made by our company is a special stuff in the process of manufacturing modified plastic with quite nice applied capabilities, such as smaller diameter, higher whiteness, better dispersion and less water etc.

Main application:

It is used in rubber products and plastic products such as PVC pipes and fittings.

When CCR-2 is used in rubber products, the avantages of CCR-2 usage include high loading level, increase reinforcement, and improved other mechanical properties, etc. It can improve hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, tearing strength and Akron abrasion in rubbers and thermoplastic elastomers.    

When CCR-2 is used in PVC products, it has the following advantate:

1. To improve the product's tenacity and intensity: It can significantly increase plastic's rigidity and tenacity to make the products become better with more stable characteristics on size.
2.  To improve the products’ gloss and transparency and decrease perfusion amount during the process of putting plastic into the mould, usually more volume of plastic need to supply in case some flows out from the edge of the mould.
3. To reduce the cost: Under the similar condition, its filling volume is more than 30-50 times than the general active calcium carbonate’s. Therefore it can effectively lower the cost with its better distribution quality..  

Packing: 25kgs woven bag.

Storage: Keep in a tightly closed container, stored in a cool, dry, ventilated area.

Shelf life: At least 2 years when stored in sealed packing under above mentioned conditions.
